If you read our Mission Statement you know what we are all about – recruiting for the high tech industry in California.  What that doesn’t say, however, is what we bring to you in terms of experience and skill.

Our management team has been recruiting in the high tech industry for over 14 years and over that time we have developed literally thousands upon thousands of contacts, both company and candidate.  We’ve made countless matches during that time because we take ourselves very seriously. 

Our geographic coverage market started as the Silicon Valley but it has expanded as the Valley has expanded north to Petaluma and Santa Rosa, northwest to Sacramento, south to Santa Cruz and many dots on the map in between.  And as the high tech industry grew and expanded into Southern California, we did too. That includes San Diego to the south, Los Angeles in the middle and Santa Barbara to the north. 

We know the market whether it’s the software side, the hardware side, wireless or the internet.

We believe in thoroughly qualifying our candidates and our companies to insure that we know what it takes to make a good match.  Sometimes our questions are not easy to answer, but they all do lead to the better result of an employment experience that satisfies the engineer as well as the company.
